Good Fruit, Bad Fruit, No Fruit by Pastor Geordie Denholm

Everything is trying to get our attention. Everyone has an agenda to achieve their view of “the good life”. Some of these are clearly ravenous wolves seeking only to devour and destroy. But many things are subtler, only a tangle of thickets that catch us first, then cut deeper. 

When we seek Christ, we will see the fruits of the world’s labor. When we reflect Christ, our actions and relationships will bear good fruit, in our own lives and in the lives of those to whom we are sent. Christ unmasks the wolf and cuts back the thorns.
